Until 2011, Sarah was the Global Director of Securities Finance at Aviva Investors, one of the biggest insurer and in-house agent lenders in Europe. In this role Sarah managed the development of business in Europe, US and Asia, incorporating all elements of securities financing, collateral management and post trade process giving her a detailed knowledge of securities financing well as other structured products from a front office and post trade perspective.
Sarah was also a board member of the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) for 12 years, helping to shape industry documentation and address regulatory issues, and also worked directly with ISLA as a consultant for 9 years specialising in regulatory change and post trade developments.
Sarah now drives the thought leadership and training business for Consolo as well as contributing to business analysis and development projects.
